Chelsey MacBurnie

 Chelsey is a dedicated, client-focused professional with over a decade of experience in customer service and five years in the healthcare sector, where she has supported families through complex and sensitive situations. She is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to translate needs into clear, practical solutions.

A proud graduate of the Business Administration program at NSCC, Chelsey brings strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to every role she takes on. She has extensive experience managing confidential information, coordinating services, and navigating high-pressure environments with professionalism and care. She is currently completing the LLQP and developing a growing interest in financial services and insurance advising.

Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, being outdoors, and diving into her arts and crafts projects. Though she does not have children yet, her home is full of life thanks to her three cats and her beloved snake.
